For Builders

"Our buyers are mostly unrepresented — do we need an agent network?"
Most builders who say this find on closer inspection that 30–50% of contracted buyers had a prior agent relationship that surfaced at contract. The network protects you from those situations and makes outside agents more likely to bring you buyers because terms are clear up front.
"Is Ava a chatbot?"
No. Ava is a trained sales coordinator — qualifies real buyers with empathy, asks the right floor-plan follow-ups, books appointments, and hands off to your team with full context. Stays inside fair-housing guardrails. We'll show you live transcripts in your voice on the demo.
"How long does onboarding take?"
14 days from signed agreement to live deployment. Senior team runs point. You need to provide floor-plan inventory, current commission terms, calendar access, and read-access to your CRM.
"What's the actual price?"
Three tiers: Starter (30–75 closings/year), Mid-Range (75–250), Enterprise (250+). List prices are on the pricing page. Founding members save 50% on setup, get 60 days free, and lock the rate for 36 months.
"What CRMs do you integrate with?"
HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Lasso, ZOHO, and most builder-specific CRMs. Generic webhook for everything else. Bring your stack to the demo and we'll confirm.
"Will my onsite sales team feel threatened?"
Within a week, no. Ava handles the leads they were never reaching (after-hours, weekends, lunch-hour). Their appointments get warmer and no-show rates drop.
"Can I cancel?"
Annual contracts auto-renew with 60 days' notice to cancel. Founding members keep the locked rate for 36 months across renewals. No proprietary lock-in; your data exports in standard formats anytime.

For Buyer Agents

"Does it cost me anything?"
No. The builder pays the platform. Registration, certificate, and milestone updates are free to agents.
"How long does buyer registration take?"
60 seconds on your phone. Both parties e-sign. Certificate is issued immediately.
"Is the commission really locked at registration?"
Yes — and it's a two-part figure. Base co-op rate (%) and any co-op bonus ($) are both posted publicly by the builder, locked at the moment of registration, and shown on the face of your certificate. The builder cannot reduce either after registration.
"How long is the certificate valid?"
Sixty days from issuance. If your buyer goes to contract within the window, you're protected through closing. After 60 days the registration expires; re-registration takes another 60 seconds.
"What if another agent claims my buyer was theirs first?"
Your certificate is dual-signed with server-side timestamps, IP addresses, and device fingerprints for both you and the builder. Verifiable in real time at a public URL. Earlier valid registration wins.
"How does this satisfy the NAR settlement requirements?"
The certificate cannot issue without three required documents on file: Buyer Representation Agreement, Commission Co-Op Agreement, and Agent W-9. All three are checked on the face of the certificate with receipt dates. You're compliant from the moment of registration.
"How do I find which builders are on the network?"
As founding-member builders come online, they're listed in a searchable directory. In the meantime, contact us with your metro and we'll tell you who's live or coming soon.

For Lenders & Title Partners

"How is this RESPA-compliant?"
The partnership is structured as a Marketing Services Agreement with fair-market-value pricing for defined deliverables. We do not pay for referrals. Every interaction is logged with audit-grade context. Your compliance counsel should review the MSA — that's by design.
"Is the partnership exclusive in a metro?"
For founding-member builders, yes — one lender and one title partner per metro per product type for the first 12 months. Exclusivity is renegotiated after that based on performance.
"Who owns the borrower / buyer relationship?"
You do, from the moment of warm hand-off. The platform's role is coordination — not gating the relationship.
"What LOS / title systems do you integrate with?"
Lenders: Encompass, BytePro, LendingPad, and most major LOS via secure webhook. Title: Qualia, RamQuest, SoftPro. Custom integrations on request.
"What's the application process?"
30-minute intro call. If mutual fit, MSA template goes to your counsel. From signature to first matched builder is typically 2–4 weeks.

General & Compliance

"Where is data hosted? What about security?"
PLACEHOLDER Add: hosting region(s), encryption at rest and in transit, SOC 2 status, data-retention policy, sub-processor list.
"How do you handle fair housing?"
Ava is trained on Fair Housing Act–protected categories and will not steer, qualify, or respond on the basis of protected characteristics. Every interaction is logged. Builders receive monthly compliance reports with flagged exceptions surfaced for human review.
"Is the certificate legally binding?"
The dual-e-signed registration meets standard e-signature requirements (ESIGN/UETA) in U.S. jurisdictions and captures timestamp, IP, and device on each signature. The certificate itself documents the registration; the commission terms are governed by the separately executed Commission Co-Op Agreement that's tracked on the certificate. Builders and brokerages should have their own counsel confirm against their state's specific rules.
"Who founded the company?"
Builder Co-Op Network was founded by operators who have spent years inside production-builder sales operations. Bios on the about page.
"How do I get in touch?"
